The family wishes to thank Dr. Ron Kozakavich for the special care he gave Kozy over the years. We also thank the doctors and nurses on the sixth floor and second floor of St. Pauls Hospital for their excellent care and kindness to Alex. There will be no service, as per Kozy’s request.
