It is with Great Sorrow that the family of Elizabeth Faye Waite announces her sudden passing on Thursday, May 3, 2018. Known to many as Faye, she was born in Carrot River, SK on November 5, 1953 to parents Olga and Jacob Adelman. Upon Graduating from High School she moved to Saskatoon to attend Saskatoon Business College and start her career. She had her daughter Kimberley Dawn in 1980. After a job at a Law firm in Saskatoon, she moved to Watrous in 1989 to pursue a career as an Administrative Assistant at Long Lake School Division which amalgamated to Horizon School Division. She retired in 2014 and moved to Martensville to be closer to her family. For the last couple of years she has been working part time at the Lutheran Theological Seminary. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends at any time but especially at the lake. Her favourite winter activity was watching her Grandsons play hockey. Always their biggest fan. She was predeceased by her parents Olga and Jacob, sister Dorothy, brothers: Walter and Ken. Faye is survived by daughter Kim (Chris), grandsons: Broden, Reid and Jaxon, sister-in-law Audrey, brother-in-law George, Nephews Jeff, Kevin, Bradley, Tyler, niece Karla and numerous cousins. A Memorial Service at Cherished Memories Funeral Services, 591 Centennial Drive North, Martensville will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Followed by Interment at the Martensville Cemetery and Luncheon. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
