Phyllis (Landrie)Tichit, 98 of Saskatoon, SK, passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 13 2016. A funeral Mass will be held at St Annes Roman Catholic Church Watrous Sk at 10 am on Saturday December 17, 2016 lunch at the Simpson Centennial Hall following internment in Simpson Cemetery. Phyllis was born in 1918 in Big Horne Montana, moved to Canada at age 5. Her family settled near Simpson. In 1939 she and Emilien Tichit were married at Manitou Beach in the Roman Catholic Church. They farmed together west of Simpson, and the legacy began; 6 children, 18 grand children, 31 great grandchildren, 14 great, great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews, and all their significant others. 2001 she wrote no eulogy at my funeral mass. I loved all of you as I loved life Love from your friend Phyllis She was preceded in death by her husband in 1986, her Mom, Dad and all nine of her siblings.
