Peacefully on August 3, 2020 Marlene passed away at her home at Samaritan Place at the age of 81.   She is survived by her daughters Kaylynn (Darrell) Schroeder; Coleen (Dwaine) Rogg; Daphne (Craig) Quinton, and her son Blair Merriman.

Left to cherish her memories are nine grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and her siblings Dale (Laura) Shepherd; Dwight (Valerie) Shepherd and Noreen (Brad) Kirkpatrick and their families.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Samaritan Place for their compassion and loving care of mom.   In lieu of flowers the family suggests making a donation in mom’s memory to Samaritan Place, 375 Cornish Road, Saskatoon, S7T 0P3.

We will miss that big smile, sparkling blue eyes and the witty comments.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
