One of Brian’s first and favorite jobs, in the early 1970’s, was driving tow truck. He always told us stories about the winter storms when he worked all night pulling vehicles out of the ditch and he was very excited about his profitable weekend. Brian was an avid car enthusiast that loved to attend the races at SIR and all car shows with his son Matthew. Brian enjoyed family gatherings, food and most of all when the grandchildren came to visit Papa.
Brian was a dedicated employee at SaskPower and then SaskEnergy for forty years.
Brian finished off his career working with DCD Contracting in the Fibre Optics field with Dan Dupuis and Kim Arndt. Special heartfelt thanks to Dan and Kim for your assistance and continual support throughout Brian's employment with DCD and your on-going support and friendship after he could no longer work.
We are so grateful to our exceptionally caring family doctor, Dr. Marcel Smit and the Legends Medical Clinic for their kindness and dedication, supporting us through the many years of Brian’s struggles with cancer.
