May 23, 1975 ~ April 20, 2023
With a heavy heart and much love we announce that Chera Ann Doell passed away on April 20, 2023. Chera was born on May 23, 1975 to Cheryle and Gerald in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She was the eldest of three siblings – Terry, Leeann and Denae; and a mother to four children – Bradyn, Andrew, Alexis and Jayden.
Chera grew up and went to school in Martensville, where she enjoyed playing competitive sports and attending church activities. She was known for her dedication to the restaurant service industry and made many friendships along the way. To many, she was a lot more than a friend, she was like family and someone you could always lean on. She loved to cook for everyone – enough to feed an army! Some of her favourite dishes to cook were lasagna, borscht, farmer sausage, perogies and cream gravy plus many more. Chera loved travelling and experiencing new places; spending time at the beach; and going to the lake with family and friends.
She is survived by her parents Gerald Doell and Cheryle Smith (Kim); siblings Terry Doell, Leeann Scheirch (Gary), Denae Doell; children; Bradyn Doell (Sherry), Andrew Kurmey (Santanah), Alexis Letkeman (Daniel), and Jayden Naidu; grandchild Skylar Doell; lifelong companion Carlos Naidu; her many loving aunties, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at Cherished Memories Chapel at 1:00 pm, on Thursday April 27th, 2023 at 591 Centennial Dr N, Martensville, SK
For those unable to attend the service in person, a livestream link has been set up at https://funeraweb.tv/en/diffusions/73278
