It is with great sadness and broken hearts that our family announces the passing of Dennis Hepp, on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Laurie, his children Melissa (Michael), and Justin (Nicole) and his precious grandchildren Huxley and Ari. Dennis leaves behind his siblings Steve (Judy) Hepp and Bernie (Holly) Hepp; sister-in-law Joan Dzialo and many nieces and nephews. Dennis was predeceased by his father Frank, mother Helen, infant sister Irene and beloved sister Bernadette. Father-in-law John, Mother-in-law Iris & brother-in-law Ed.
For many years, Dennis worked as a service advisor at various vehicle stations, where his knowledge, commitment, and friendly nature made him a trusted figure in the community. He had a unique ability to connect with people, making them feel at ease and ensuring they had the best experience.
Dennis was a lifelong supporter of the Montreal Canadians Hockey Team. Dennis shared his passion with Justin, all his nephews and even had Huxley loving the Habs, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
Above all, Dennis cherished his family. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, and Grandpa, a constant source of love and support. His infectious laughter and light-hearted spirit will be greatly missed, but his legacy of kindness and humour will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Recently, Dennis found his greatest joy in his two grandchildren, Huxley and Ari. He cherished every moment with them, becoming their personal comedian and playmate. His heart was full as he reveled in their giggles and the wonder of their childhood. His role as Grandpa was one that he wore with pride and love, and his grandchildren will always remember him as their biggest fan and their source of endless fun.
The family would like to thank the staff of St. Paul’s’, Pulmonary Care Unit for their compassionate care. At Dennis’s request no funeral will be held.
Cherished Memories is honoured to be entrusted with the care and arrangements for Dennis.
