Herman Rudolph Boerma

The family is saddened to announce the death of Herman, age 93, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and father-in-law. Herman passed away, sure of the love of his family, at Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon, after a brief illness. He was predeceased by his first wife Dorothy, grandson David, brother Klaas and sister Rienje. He is survived by his wife Gloria, children Philip, Félice, Neil, Clarin, Erin and Laurel, 5 grand children, 5 great grandchildren, his brother Roelf, and extended family in The Netherlands and Canada. Cremation has taken place. A public service will be held at a later date. Herman's favorite charity was Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders). 

We thank all the emergency and hospital staff who cared for Herman with great kindness and compassion.
