On Wednesday September 1st, 2021 @7pm Judy Riben got her Angel Wings.
Surrounded by her family, in the comforts of home, we experienced our last supper with mom. Instead of a table, we dined beside her at her bedside. Shortly after, we experienced a Miracle as we watched her, in absolute silence, ascend to Heaven.
The wisest person on the planet, the strongest person, and the most stubborn lady all in one is how to describe our beautiful and stunning mom. She was also a grandma, great-grandma, sister, aunty, niece, cousin, co-worker, and friend.
Judy had the most tender loving heart, and an endless amount of compassion.
Her family was her life, Farming was her passion, working within Homecare was her pleasure, and music on the Radio soothed her soul.
Judy adored her friends. She loved her work and work-family with SHA Hafford & Blaine Lake Homecare. Mom wished she could have had one more shift to come see all her co-workers and clients one last time; please know she did think of you all often. Mom is likely taking a quick rest, and, once her sick-leave is done in March, 2022, mom said she would retire. A heavenly retirement indeed…. but she said she won’t be resting long as she will be guiding us and reminding us all of truths, love, integrity, and the value of hard work. She plans to join us for coffee all the time.
Mom wanted everyone to remember to take your coffee break, stress less and do the best you can.
Blessings To:
- All who knew and loved her…
- All who worked with her…
- All who helped care for her along this Journey….
- All our friends and families…
- All those to whom had the pleasure to sit with her at her dining table and have a meal, coffee, snacks, or dainties…
- All who were privileged enough to join her in Conversation and hear her Laugh, see her Smile & listen to her Stories…
“Remember Judy the way the she was.”
Judy was a true hero…. she spared “you” the pain, and thought of “you” often.
As per Judy’s wishes, a quiet Family Gathering has already occurred at her Farm on September 3rd.
We did it mom, just like you asked us to. Love you forever and ever. May God keep you in his tender & loving care.
Thank you everyone.
