SPENCER, Justine Agnes (Daniel) Born February 26, 1941. Justine passed away September 14, 2019 peacefully with her eldest daughter by her side in her 78th year, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Loving mother to Jan (Randy), Paul, Gaylene (Marc) and Kevin (Cameron). Loving grandmother to Spencer and Liam. Sister to Genevieve Reynolds (predeceased), Connie Killian (Del predeceased), June Sullivan (Rome both predeceased), Shirley Downer (Eldon predeceased), Paul (Debbie), Sandra Lang and David (Debbie). Predeceased by her parents Alfred and Dorothy (Mason). Fond memories of the family cottage on the Otonabee River and a collector of all things antique. She worked at the Nightingale Nursing Registry and for the St. Vincent de Paul Society, and later volunteered with Saint Vincent de Paul, the SPCA, and PARN. Justine loved animals and had many pets over the years. “Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened”. Anatole France A private Celebration of Justine’s Life for family to be held in the spring 2020 in Peterborough. In lieu of flowers and gifts kindly donate to the SPCA.

Kevin took his funeral director and embalmer training in Alberta through Mount Royal College and earned the award for the Highest Academic Standing. He was licensed as a funeral director and an embalmer in 1998.
Kevin, along with his wife Charmaine have 4 boys. They are very involved in the community including sporting activities, church and municipal politics where Kevin serves as Deputy Mayor. They started Cherished Memories in 2006 with a mission to serve families with compassion and complete honesty while providing the lowest costs in the area.
