Kenneth Allen Sorenson

With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Kenneth Allen Sorenson, on March 17, 2023, at the age of 60 years.

Kenneth is survived by his loving spouse Edna Ratte; 9 grandkids Alexia, Denzel, Summer, Autumn, James Jr., Giedon, Tristan, Ocean, Kayan; his pet Fuzzy; siblings Annette Harrison, Margaret Paul, Stan Quan, Carol, Dennis Couillonneur, Kenny Bouchard, Debbie, Bobby Morin, Roger Malboeuf, Edward Sorenson (Christina); brother-in-laws Gordon (Brenda), Ron (Flora), Wilbert (Christine), Steven (Rhoda), Scott (Cheryl), Kelvin (Ernestine), Michael (Germaine), Stanley (Margaret), Winston (Georgina); sister-in-law Mabel (Philip); the late Ida Ratt; step-daughters Mary-Jean Ratt; the late Kimberly Ratt; his buddies Ray G, Frank M, John Bell and John Gaudet.

He was predeceased by his parents Therese Malboeuf, Alvin O. Sorenson, Cyril, Jean Ratt; grandparents Florida and Suzanne; uncles Peter, Sammy, George; auntie Margaret; brother Danny Desjarlais, brother-in-law Allen Ratt.

Wake Services will be held March 18 – 20, 2023, at the Ile a la Crosse Events Centre. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Ile a la Crosse, SK. Interment to follow at the Ile a la Crosse Cemetery.
