Paul Joseph Daigneault

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Paul, who left this world surrounded by the love of his family and friends. Paul will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had privilege of knowing him.

Paul is survived by his beloved life partner, Tina Laliberte, and their children: Dakota (Brady) Laliberte, Kayla (Jules) Laliberte, Carter Laliberte, and Keirsten Laliberte. He also leaves behind his adored grandchildren: Cassia, Telana, Presley, Wyatt, Wynter, and Lucas Paul. Paul is further survived by his loving parents, Clement and Eva McCallum; in-laws Raymond and Louise Laliberte; siblings Leola (Doug) Morin, Albert Daigneault Jr., Wanda (Norbert) Daigneault, William (Francine) Daigneault, and Kylee (Justin) McCallum; sister-in-law Tara (Roderick) Laliberte; brother-in-law Lanny Laliberte; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunties, and uncles.

Paul was predeceased by his son Sky Laliberte, his grandparents Albert and Marie Louise Daigneault and Jules McCallum. He was also preceded in death by his special uncle-in-law Ernest Kyplain and cherished godchild Davene Daigneault.

The wake services were held at Pine River family homelands on Monday, May 13, 2024, followed by a gathering at Paul's parents' home in Ile a la Crosse on Tuesday, May 14. A solemn Funeral Service took place on Wednesday, May 15 at 10am at St. John the Baptist Church to honor Paul's memory.

While we mourn the loss of Paul's physical presence among us today on Earth, we find solace in knowing that he now rests peacefully. His cremains will be interred at a later date as per his wishes.

May Paul's soul find eternal peace and may his memory continue to inspire those who were blessed to have known him. He will be forever cherished in our hearts.
